Helena did my make up on my wedding day. I was not pleased with the makeup on the day and had to ask Helena to correct it several times. If I wasn't already 45 min late for my ceremony I would have taken it off and redid it myself. I can't look at the photos from my wedding without crying and this is no exaggeration. Instead of making me look beautiful the makeup aged me and made my flaws even worse. Helena is a lovely lady and did her best, but I really can't recommend the service especially for the price. Unfortunatelly a really disappointed customer. (Edit after response): Hi Helena, thank you for the response. I have asked you to change my blush/bronzer, eyeshadow, eyebrows and I redid the lipstick myself. I wouldn't say those are minor tweaks. As I mentioned, if I wasn't running late for the ceremony (as you'll remember the organizer came several times to tell me to hurry up), I would've redone everything from start. Happy to continue the conversation, but I am not sure what could be discussed at this stage, as I can't turn back the time and have my wedding again. I didn't even show the photos to my family, even thinking of the wedding is upseting.

Helena was absolutely fantastic and organised a great team to help get three mums, 5 bridesmaids and myself ready for my wedding day. She was so incredibly helpful knowing I was getting married away from where I lived and was full of information for various other bits. Melody was absolutely hilarious and such a character to have around. Very informative about hair and styling including products which I have now added to my collection! Helena even helped to play a little trick on mt husband by scaring him with very loud and dark make up after my trial when he picked me up. All in all a good sport, much laughter was had and I couldn’t recommend her enough! ❤️💚 Service: Special occasion makeup
