We had decided to replace the flooring from our front to back doors as they were a mix of differing materials, colours and ages. We called in to Crown Carpets in St Blazey Gate to see what they had to offer. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpfull, and after discussing a wide range of products, made a choice and booked a fitting date. Although the fitters were contracted to the store, I cannot fault the quality of their work or professionalism in fitting our chosen product. Despite the understandable wait, the finished result was well worth waiting for.

Having previously had new carpets from Crown Carpets for our personal accommodation, we took the opportunity of lockdown to replace all of the carpets throughout Penarth Guest House. We received quick, friendly, personal advice and service from Steve once again, along with fast, efficient work from the fitters who he assigned the job to.
