Thank you yeo's taxis for coming to my rescue, after phoning Several other nearer cab companies who weren't very helpful or accommodating, somebody recommended yeo's, and they were great, keeping me up to date with texts and calls. So I highly recommend them. X

I had messages every step of my journey. I knew exactly where the taxi was prior was to pick up (even though it was early - never happens in St A!). It was a good service throughout 5 ⭐️

Total rip off £16 charged when usually £10. Unbelievable. Driver gave zero explanation. Used these for years but not anymore. Gutted.

Very reliable on time taxi service, the tracking app , texts and communication from yeos is absolutely brilliant, drivers always polite and drive with care.

Was right on time to pick me up, was a last minute booking so glad they had a driver free. Text messaged as soon as they were outside and all in all are friendly, efficient and would use them again.

Easy to book. I like the text messaging service as its reassuring knowing when your taxi is on the way. Good value and great service.

Booked to take my three year old to hospital to treat a dog bite wound., which was made clear to the radio operator. The one way charge was £52, which I happily paid to get my child seen as quickly as possible. However, rather than take the faster route via the ferry into Fowey and then into st Austell, we were taken the long way around, which added £25 and 20 minutes to the journey. I found this out when I called to rebook in the afternoon and requested this route and the cost. My child and I were at the hospital all day, in the afternoon I booked with them to collect us. The radio operator recognised me, he said my name and gave me my address. He said there would be a twenty minute wait for my cab. On the way out we were offered alternative transportation which would get us home faster- imperative as my baby had to have medication as soon as she got home and also had not had a proper lunch. I accepted and called to explain to the radio operator. He told me: "Don't bother booking us again". This is absolutely not a problem. After being ripped off in the first instance £25 with the additional length of journey time when they knew my child needed to be seen with some urgency, and then experiencing the utter absence of human compassion that was displayed by the radio operator, I have no intention of ever booking again. And neither do any of my friends.

Phoned last night to book a taxi for approximately 9:15 this morning to get to the train station. I was told that'll be no problem, there's usually plenty of taxis then, but I would have to phone back this morning, which I did; only to be told they've never got taxis available at that time, only after 10. I informed them of what I was told the evening before and they said that the person on that evening doesn't normally cover and was temporary. WHY PUT UNTRAINED STAFF ON, NOT EVEN WITH THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF KNOWING WHEN THE BUSIEST TIMES ARE????? It is important to know such information, especially if people have get somewhere as important as catching a train. You have caused me considerable stress, thank you. In response to your reply, I know I would not have been the only person calling! What I am unhappy about is the misinformation given. The operator seemed really confident that there would be availability; he should have said he was not sure. My partner also phoned and was given the same information. He was also told the fare would be £5.00, which I doubt very much having read the other reviews. Anyway, I will not be phoning you again as I cannot trust you will give the correct information.
