Just had seven windows and a back door fitted and we're delighted with the job. The two guys who did most of the work worked excellently as a team and managed to do four large windows on the first day. With a bit of help on the second day they finished the rest of the work and had tidied up and cleared by 3pm on the second day. There was virtually no mess left either day, they hoovered up and left the finished installations looking first class. Polite, easy to talk to and have a bit of a joke with - and let's not forget the office girls - the unsung heroes who make things happen, they were great too. UPDATE - We've been through a very stormy winter and I must say the windows performed excellently. I was a bit worried the "trickle vents" would let some wind through during gales, but even during the worst weather, the net curtains didn't so much as "quiver". Only issue is a couple of handles have become stiff to close but I guessing this is just a bit of lubrication needed.

Absolutely beautiful! I confess to being terrified of the transition from wood to plastic as I thought it would suck the character out of my home but I couldn't have been more wrong. I explained I'd like them to look like my originals and that's exactly what I got. The level of detail paid to creating the inside frames was amazing! The team that installed them (Matt and Jay) were fantastic involving me throughout the whole process. Absolute craftsman. I am so happy with the result and that I chose this company to do the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Brilliant job. Over the moon!
